Word on Main Street
“Nice stop in our day, staff is very friendly and helpful with ideas of where to go. Really enjoyed the exhibits, especially the kitchen downstairs.”
— Cynthia M.
“This experience was overall great! They have attractions for all ages, with free admission. However, I know that the staff works hard to keep this lovely setting operated and clean so they do accept donations. This is located in beautiful downtown Greenwood and allows you to dip into the culture a little bit. A must see whether its a summer adventure for the locals or a touristy-stop in. Can't go wrong!”
— Terry F.
“A jewel in [this] charming little town, well worth the drive off I26. Perfect for a quick stop, coupled with lunch and a stroll downtown.”
— Jeremy S.
Thank you!
Many thanks to the Greenwood County Community Foundation and the C.Y. Thomason Foundation of Greenwood, whose support enabled us to revitalize and refurbish the Thomason Train Station exhibit at The Museum.
